hi i have problems with to log in to chat.. i tried many times to log with same username and password on forum and working.. i changed password and still working but when i try to log to chat doesnt work.. it says unable to authenticate... i tried to log as guest and works normally.. please help

We're experiencing some issues with chat access. In the meantime, try refreshing your login attempt by clicking the "Log in" button a few times after receiving the "Unable to authenticate" message. You may find that this resolves the issue and allows you to access chat.
