Uploading pics in private chat

Can't always upload a pic in private chat. I click the camera button, select a pic but it doesn't always upload. If IT doesn't, I do get any error, i Just return to the pvt chat. What is wrong?

IT isn't the pic itself, because sometimes IT can be uploaded.

What I do is refresh then try again and that usually solves the issue. But you could also try switching devices or switching browsers.
