User banned from chat despite not being banned?

User gingersnapp ( https://www.freechatnow.com/forum/members/gingersnapp.947664/ ) has been trying to access chat but is getting a message saying snapchat names are bannned.

She was able to access New Chat before when Old Chat went down for maintenance. She has been away from the site for a few months, but would that have caused her name to be banned?

Can this be looked into?

Attached is a screenshot of the error message she gets.

We need to hear from that user.

Does that happen every time or it happened only once so far?

I'm certainly aware she has tried more than once. The error message she got is above - seems to be related to her username, which she has had for a number of years with no problem before.

Sorry. I don’t login much since i can’t chat. It didn’t happen when the old version was still working. I went to the new chat multiple times with no problem. Then, I was gone for a few months and i just came back. I haven’t been able to log in to the new chat since. I’ve probably tried a dozen or so times including just now to make sure it still isn’t working.

Any update on this?
We can't be using you as a proxy for communication. It's not how we do or can do things. We'll need to work directly with the user having an issue.

I don't understand what "not working" means from your perspective. There could be numerous error messages, other messages, screen could look certain way. Need details which would actually identify or summarize the behavior or chat applet.

Attach a screenshot of the issue, please.
