There seems to be an issue whereby voice notes are not transmitting the full 30 seconds. You can record the full 30 seconds but it seems to be cutting off up to half

Was this happening prior iOS 26.0 update?

iOS 26 introduced a ton of bugs. With iOS 26.0.x update, all bugs weren't fixed. With iOS 26.1 some bugs persist on older as well as new iPhones.

Sorry, misread. I’m unsure but I don’t understand how that would impact use of voice notes on this site as it doesn’t impact on other platforms like WhatsApp, etc.

FCN live chat is browser-based software, not an app. All sorts of weird bugs were introduced with iOS 26 update and many bugs are still not fixed with iOS 26.1
