Game What are you doing right now?

I know I said push-ups, I meant bench press.. ugg… well not being sexist…but women are almost always low on upper body… you will get there if you try! There are some amazing ladies in the sport that are natural and can outdo me any day of the week!

Ahh bench press. I thought you meant overhead press. That shit's the WORST. There's no progress whatsoever over weeks.
 
I can’t do overhead press anymore so have no pr I would share lol…

I don’t know your routine, so can’t give any pointers as to what your doing right or wrong… but if no change in two weeks… no extra weight. No extra reps… than time to change up your routine…
 
Great workout! How I started. However after 8 to 10 weeks you have to start mixing things up. Find a nice upper lower 3 day split and do that for a few weeks and see if you get any progress. Your body will adept to a routine..and many trainers will tell you to change around 7 to 8 weeks.
