Ahh bench press. I thought you meant overhead press. That shit's the WORST. There's no progress whatsoever over weeks.I know I said push-ups, I meant bench press.. ugg… well not being sexist…but women are almost always low on upper body… you will get there if you try! There are some amazing ladies in the sport that are natural and can outdo me any day of the week!
