What does this ban even mean...

So I just went to log in to chat after not even being on for a few hours and was greeted with this confusing ban message.

I have no clue what it even means or a reason behind it as I have done nothing to warrant it because well... I haven't even been here and last when was earlier today everything was just fine. I'm pretty confused by this..

Sounds like someone's spam ban. Use the ban appeal form, please. The process hasn't changed.

It seems to have resolved itself because now I can log in. I apologize for making a whole thread about it, I was just confused about the ban message and its meaning. Thanks for explaining it though
