Love is a word taken for granted way too quickly .. Love is giving up everything to take care of the woman you've been married to for 35 years ..because even though she would never ask you to retire early ..or to be by her side 24/7 ..you would do it because this person is the other half of you .. you raised kids together ..traveled to continents together ..you believed in each other and pushed each other towards making your offspring better .. love is never giving up not when it was stage 1 and not when it's stage 4

Love is to make a decision for your loveone that you have put off for so long because you just want to be the one who take care of her and then realize you need help and can't do it anymore on your own and now you go out of your way to make sure she will have the best she needed and the most comfortable care and while you do so tear runs down your cheeks form old and weary eyes that have seen it all. You know what you do is the right thing but inside you cry you feel lost and unsure you question yourself.
To watch how he becomes older in a matter of a few days because he is going to have to trust others with his other half that was with him for over 50 years to see the love and tenderness in how he is getting the things she needs ready. To listen how he promise he will make sure she gets her favorite treats and visit daily. The tender touch and kisses on her head every time he is near her.
