why does the email send to us go to junk mail.

Where else would correspondence from FCN belong?

the junk-mail folder was the 1st place I looked.

Try adding fcn to your address book or contacts and your problem is solved it goes to junk because it has been reported as spam by someone hiding where he/she has been so we have to save this site as a contact to allow it to go to inbox!
