Wierd....I get on WiFi, no issues. Gotta be something woth my cell network. Was having issues with my bank app too, until I got on WiFi. Thanks for your help!
Sounds like the connection you're using is being flagged as VPN or Proxy by the bank as well. There's really nothing FCN can do to assist you in that regard.
Could be misconfiguration on ATT's side, but you're unlikely to get it resolved.
