I just got a new phone. And started getting the error message saying
Client will reconnect in 3 seconds.

I'll log in. And it goes good for a little bit then bam it starts trying trying to reconnect

I have already cleared my cookies went and got another Sim card. Tried different browsers. All do the same thing.
I even made an account hoping that would fix it but it didn't.
My phone is a Samsung s21 ultra

Please help. I keep loosing those I am trying to talk to

Have you tried WiFi?

It sounds like an unstable connection from only this information.

Nobody but your cellular provider can fix a bad or unreliable signal or connection.

Called cell provider they sent an update to my phone. Still same problem.
I can connect just fine. Then I get the error message.
Client will connect in 3 seconds . Which after several minutes it finally does. Then goes out again very soon.
PLEASE HELP. this is the best chat rooms I have found

If chat works fine on WiFi, but not cellular, that means chat is fine. There's literally nothing chat can do for you.

Cellular devices are basically walkie-talkies which communicate with the cellphone towers. Phones are literally radios and could be operating on several channels at the same time (voice in particular). I'm not a cellular expert, however.

If towers are overloaded with many cellphone users, there's airwave interference by other frequencies which are too close to the frequency your device uses, there's line-of-sight issues, then you will experience downgraded performance and/or unreliable connection.

Chat cannot administer your cellular provider's network or rectify any physical and interference factors in the area you live. Because chat is a constant live stream of real-time data, the connection needs to be perfect. There's no digital buffer for reality.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this, but some things are just are the way they are. Perhaps your cellular provider will upgrade the network capacity or capability in the future and you'll experience greater reliability.

I myself had a horrible cellular performance around home and work with the previous carrier, but I switched because of lower cost and performance happened to be much greater (I'm assuming a cellular tower is simply closer, maybe has a lesser load, better line-of-sight or a combination of all.

My only option now would be to factory reset. If that don't fix it. Guess I'll have to find another chat. That's gonna sick. Love it here

Factory reset won't fix the shortcomings of the cellular network. If chat works fine on any WiFi, but not your cellular, that means the cellular network sucks.

I updated my reply, perhaps it'll make more sense:

The cellular network is good. How ever my phone is not. . Figured it out today. Even though it's a new phone it's still bad. Have a new one on the way.

Thanks

Alright. Keep us updated if you're interested in doing so. We like to learn these things as well.

Under settings in sim status I found my signal strength. No matter where I am. It stay around -110 to -117 dB

-50 is a very good signal. My phone will never get better than -110. So they are sending a new phone. Will let you know how it works once I receive it

Update. Got new phone. As guess what same problem. After talking with others. They have the same problem. Gonna have to deal it I guess

I suspect it to be a connection stability issue. Things get weird with cellular service and live, constant-on streams, like live text or live video.
