I was recently banned unfairly and submitted an appeal. I found out I was unbanned today when I tried to login and it was successful. I was never given a reason. So I want to know why I was banned in the first place, and why I was not contacted at all during this whole thing.
 
The reason is always displayed on the screen, along with the code. Always.
Your ban appeal completely ignored Ban Appeal instructions. All of them.
No one gets contacted, because with the staggering number of users and junk ban appeals with insufficient information, it's an impossibility.

Ban Appeals are handled when they're complete with requested information, which is exceptionally rare.
 
I don't know what to tell you, you're objectively wrong, there was no reason listed just "your account or client has been banned" also, this is not a ban appeal, I have already been unbanned. That information isn't necassary. I wanted to know why I was banned in the first place. I get that there's alot of bans and ban appeals, but not even an automated email? Thats awful.
