Never use VPN or private browsing, disconnected due wifi error and then outright get banned when trying to reconnect.

Im wondering where I go to appeal a ban?

I was recently banned unfairly and submitted an appeal. I found out I was unbanned today when I tried to login and it was successful. I was never given a reason. So I want to know why I was banned in the first place, and why I was not contacted at all during this whole thing.
