Criminal Justice Chemical castration for Pedofiles/rapists

Only 1 reason he sees 14 year olds.....
No I didn't . I never said they all deserve they same punishment. A peeping Tom doesn't deserve life in prison a rapist does . But none deserve sympathy or a lenient sentence. If the penalty for subway groping in a state is six months , six months it should be . If the penalty for more serious sex crime is 50 years it should be fifty years . Of course there will always be plea bargains but no one should get of light like Brock Turner did . Because they are wealthy or ' made a mistake' . That girl will never be the same because of his ' mistake ' . His clean record prior to that crime should not have mattered .

Agreed

That's not what you said . You said he had a life sentence. You are not a paralegal just a lier. Who defends terrible human beings on this thread for some reason .

I said he was sentenced to life on registration reread the post and learn how to spell "liar" before you accuse individuals of do just that

Yes you did say life on the registry. But sex offenders have to register. Why should it be any different for him . He's a sex offender.

And you can learn it's doing just that not do . But why are you arguing this point so much ? You obviously have a personal stake in this . Is the person you are talking about you ? Are you required to tell the state where you live ? Can't live near a school etc , etc , etc ? Elephant in the room as I said . But a pretty big one at that .

That's the elephant in the room isn't it . There is a pattern here in his defenses and statements. An easy one to see .

Silence is not an indicator of guilt it is normally the individual that yells the loudest that has something to hide. I didn't respond to your comment because it is laughable. You have no idea who I am and would appreciate it if you could keep personal opinions to yourself. I came here because I thought that some individuals would be intelligent enough to see through the bs that we've been fed but apparently I was wrong

No I don't know who you are . But we are all stating personal opinions so that's mine. I think you are so adamant in your defense for a personal reason. If you don't like my opinion then ignore me. But I will say what I want whether you like it or not .

For people who are too lazy to look it up:

Tier I Offenses

Tier I crimes are defined as those offenses that do not fall into the other two tiers. Tier I offenders must register for 10 years if they have a "clean record," meaning the offender must not be convicted of any subsequent offense punishable by a year or more in prison, or of any sexual offense, and must successfully complete any required parole period or sexual offender treatment program. Otherwise, an offender must register for 15 years after release from prison

Tier II Offenses

Like a Tier III offense, a crime is considered a Tier II offense if it's punishable by imprisonment for at least a year. However, a Tier II offense is one that involves sex trafficking, coercion, or enticement, transporting another with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, or abusive sexual activity with a minor of 13 years or older. It can also involve the use of a minor in a sexual performance, soliciting a minor to engage in prostitution, or producing or distributing child pornography. Conviction of a Tier II crime carries a 25-year reporting requiremet

Tier III Offenses

This is the most serious of the three tiers under the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act. A Tier III crime is one that is punishable by at least one year in prison and is accompanied by aggravated sexual abuse or abusive sexual contact when committed against a minor under 13 years old. A crime can also fall into this category if it involved the kidnapping of a minor not accompanied by a parent or guardian, or if it was committed after the offender had committed a Tier II crime.

Offenders convicted of Tier III crimes have a lifetime reporting requirement, meaning that the offender must register with local authorities every time they change address or move to a different jurisdiction.

According to this if you have to register for life then it is a Tier III. I guess the waitress was 13 then

I have a question for you @Holtplegal30. You say the woman didn't want to press charges but the restaurant did. Since the restaurant can not file charges on her behalf or swear out a warrant she had to have either have the police a statement, or filed charges herself. So obviously she did want to file charges.Unless your story is complete nonsense that is .

Once she realized what would happen she tried to drop it but the Commonwealth had already picked up the charges and went ahead with the proceedings. In Pennsylvania the "state" needs two individuals in order for a case to stand the victim and the witness once a party decides to drop the allegations the Commonwealth acts as the victim and the prosecutor or DA is the witness. Pennsylvania is severely screwed up

Pinching someone's ass is sexual assault at least in your state. He was found guilty or admitted to sexual assault. He now has to be registered as a sex offender. Had he not pinched someone's ass he wouldn't be in this situation. Bottom line if you don't sexually assault women you don't have to register as a sex offender.

But she filed charges. Because she was sexually assaulted. It doesn't matter if she tried to drop them later . She filed charges he went to jail now he's a registered sex offender. He shouldn't go around pinching girls asses . Don't be a pig and you don't get put on the sex offender registry .

Chainsaws are a less expensive option than chemicals..

Jus' sayin' (seeing as how the taxpayer is paying)

Ls x

Remember the scene in "Casino Royale". Naked, tied to a chair testicles hanging down being beaten with a knotted rope ?

Use razor wire instead, I have some at work I can donate to the cause !!!

They did that to the gay guy who broke enigma and won the war , funny how unintelligent people think how things should be done.

It's always easier for people who have never experienced the the terror that some of us kept hidden because we thought nobody would believe us, to defend the perpetrators of such heinous crimes.
It's not a sickness or a chemical imbalance that makes people commit that sort of crime as some wishy washy liberals would have us believe.
There is a world of difference between persecuting someone for being gay and getting justice for being sexually abused.

How about starting with funding mental health and dealing with the preventative? So many abusers are the abused, a generational issue. Castration doesn’t prevent abuse. It only changes the weapons used.
