I've been making cabbage sandwiches. Can I call them that? They're really not bad. Or am I fooling myself? Either way, here's my cringe:
It's just sliced deli meats, cheese, tomato, Dijon mustard and ranch wrapped in a leaf of cabbage. You can add anything else to taste, like extra veggies, dressings, etc...
Fold in the sides and fold it in half:
Optional serving suggestion: Look, 'ma! No bread!
Don't knock it 'til you try it. I think that fat slices of tomato and ranch dressing are what makes them work, otherwise it's just not enjoyable enough.
