I've been making cabbage sandwiches. Can I call them that? They're really not bad. Or am I fooling myself? Either way, here's my cringe:

It's just sliced deli meats, cheese, tomato, Dijon mustard and ranch wrapped in a leaf of cabbage. You can add anything else to taste, like extra veggies, dressings, etc...

Don't knock it 'til you try it. I think that fat slices of tomato and ranch dressing are what makes them work, otherwise it's just not enjoyable enough.
 
Simple cabbage soup (beef base, half teaspoon of sunflower oil, cabbage, red potato, carrots, thick part of green onion w/bulb, little bit of diced red pepper, little bit of deli roast beef, black pepper, oregano, cumin, dried onion flakes).

Low-carb wrap with random deli meats, tomato, Muenster cheese, lettuce, mustard and Mayo).
