Question: What is your male pride?
There is a new thread on this topic that I thought was clever...but somehow it isn't quite what I imagined...so it has me wondering. What does that mean to you "male pride"?
Being the breadwinner and caretaker of my loved ones, and also all those under me at work - I treat my workmates like family, and I take care and protect them like my family as well.

Come to think of it, I am less particular of it being 'male pride', as I am less concerned about the male aspect, but to put it simply my personal definition as 'pride' is the same as what I wrote above.

Male Pride means when you have your first child you sell your motorcycle and don't get another until the last kid is out of college. You trade your sports car in for a minivan. It means taking care of your family by doing all the little an big things you can. Taking your kid fishing at the expense of your own catch. Scooping the cat box when your wife is pregnant and for every day for the rest of your life.

It means you are the one that has the extra stash of diapers in your backpack for your kid, your wife, and young men in public places with that very panicked look on their face that says "I don't even know that I can clean the one I have out and re-stuff it with paper towels until we get home."

It means learning how to cook a few things better than your wife and a lot of things well enough that if she is under fire at work you can cover that chore.

It means "yeah, we are emotionally retarded and can't deal with our feelings but shut the F up and don't cheat on your wife just because you are too chickenS#it to ask for a divorce."

Man up.

Can you explain more?
I don't really have a complex or intelligent explanation...it just feels so good!
The field of reflexology, links certain sections of your feet to specific regions/organs in the body - I haven't studied scientific evidence (if there is any) about this. But just plain on the fact feet massages calms me down so profoundly, it makes me inclined to know more about this when I do have the chance.

My mum is a reflexologist. I can attest to the power of feet as one of many points to access better health in one's body. It is something of a wonder (but also not really) how connected our bodies are, how one point can affect others.

Your mum is a reflexologist? How wonderful! Reflexology, like acupuncture are among areas which should be studied more scientifically. Many scientists and medical people have seen that it works, though they can't explain how yet, at least not yet.

Gentlemen: Shoveling snow: men's work? women's work? teamwork? How do you roll?

I tend not to think of any job around the house or yard to be gender specific. If the man can do it and has the time, then he can take care of shoveling the snow. If the woman can do it and has the time, then she can handle it. I think there should be equal share of the work done around the house/yard between the man and woman. So I guess my answer is teamwork!

Looks like we no longer have this thread either. I shall follow in the footsteps of Suitmaster @Slopps and reestablish it.

Ask the fcn men any questions, topics, issues - that have you curious, confused, mystified. They'll offer insights, theories, and personal opinions.

PLEASE quote the question when you reply.

Keep it civilized, y'all.

P.S. Here is the "Ask a Woman thread"
“Do you think it’s bad masturbating twice a day, fantasizing about your ex while masturbating, and what are good lubricants too masturbate with???”
