I gave up television years ago, with the exception of watching The Walking Dead and GOT online. I do watch a lot of movies though and often go for B movies and straight to video films, which can be more miss than hit, but I have found some real gems.
Dark Crimes starring Jim Carrey in a serious role as a Russian detective, quite a departure from over the top silliness of The Mask and Ace Ventura films.
You Were Never Really Here starring Joaquin Phoenix is fantastic. Although not a B or straight to video film, but also not the typical Hollywood fare either.
What are some of your favorite under the radar films? GImme some recommendations!
