I ended up warped but not from this. I recall especially the Red China/blue tablecloth joke and the cameo of Alexander Waverly from what was then my favorite show. This is the opening section of their first show that introduced sketch based comedy to tv. You may well recognise (well the voice anyway) of the guy doing the intro, that's Gary Owen, better known to most as Roger Ramjet.
It was the end of the Production (Hayes) Code and a new era in what could and couldn't be said or shown. Brillo, totally brillo.yea ! found it finally - he takes a couple minutes to warm up to the story but well worth the wait
