I assume that the energy liberated by the rowing movement is used to try to open the gates of well. Good that I gave no willpower nor enduranceFunny you should say that, rowing is in fact the national sport of hell.![]()

That is a great back view in your profile. I have been lucky enough to build a small gym In my basement, thankfully! Them gains look good on yaCovid has been a real major pain in the butt fitness wise. Hopefully gyms will re-open soon as I can't quite afford to buy all the luxurious machines to my home gym!
I currently workout 5 times a week (upper body x2 and lower body x3) with 2 cardio sessions on the "rest days"
Supplements I personally use are: Zinc, Omega 3, BCAA aminoacids, EAA as intra and creatine. Post workout I take glutamine and a protein shake.
Hope everyone is doing best they can to maintain their mental and physical health during this stressing phase. Stay safe!
Good for you, I can't wait to get back to the gym..I work out..almost everyday..it's one of the times I am happiest..![]()

I've dropped 27 kg (or 60 pounds so far since last update) Photo on the left was how I looked last year but was a good "normal" photo from 2019. Photo on the right was taken last weekend
