Since being laid off from work after the holidays, I just watch what I eat & drink. If the weather is nice I do like to walk daily before my afternoon glass of wine

I lift roughly 5-6 times a week. Muscular/thicker build. Looking for oral sex in galesburg illinois area. Must b in decent shape and able to suck for a while. Thanks!

In order to keep motivation, I made a goal for myself to run 100 miles this month. However, due to having COVID and needing to take some days off due to my knees and ankles getting a little banged up, I missed my mark. As it stands today, being the last day of June and all, I ran 93.66 miles (150.73 km) at an average pace of 8:33 per mile (5:19 per km).

Kinda gutted I missed my goal by a small margin but I'll gear up and try again starting tomorrow.

If anyones into long distance stuff, I’ve a couple of notes that I wanted to share.

1. GU shots really help me out and I’d suggest giving them a try. One shot per ever 4 miles.

2. Water is a must along with the GU shots, else they’ll make you cramp like crazy. I was going strong today until that last mile.

3. If it’s hot, a hat dipped in water can go a long way.

Do let me know if you want to get into running. We can help motivate each other.

How’s it looking this month?

Actually, it was going pretty well up until a week ago. I realized that I have less than a month until my next race. So I've decided to use the remainder amount of time to prepare for the event rather than to push my body and risk an injury. On the horizon are three races in two days, under an unforgiving sun and dense humidity. I'll shoot for 100 miles in September.
