In order to keep motivation, I made a goal for myself to run 100 miles this month. However, due to having COVID and needing to take some days off due to my knees and ankles getting a little banged up, I missed my mark. As it stands today, being the last day of June and all, I ran 93.66 miles (150.73 km) at an average pace of 8:33 per mile (5:19 per km).
Kinda gutted I missed my goal by a small margin but I'll gear up and try again starting tomorrow.

Actually, it was going pretty well up until a week ago. I realized that I have less than a month until my next race. So I've decided to use the remainder amount of time to prepare for the event rather than to push my body and risk an injury. On the horizon are three races in two days, under an unforgiving sun and dense humidity. I'll shoot for 100 miles in September. How’s it looking this month?
