I'm back!

I made an apple and cinnamon loaf cake with no set recipe today, just my baking instincts leading me.

It's crumbly but moist, the apple and cinnamon flavours are just right.
I'm so proud of myself that I accomplished this today.



I've already eaten 2 slices.
