What type of cake is that?

Its a curd cake (pretty much same what that curd cake a while ago, minus the icing/frosting, what ever its called and i added vanilla)
- oat meal cookie base, vanilla, blueberry, raspberry, peach curd filling

I forgot to buy wisp cream...

But i didn't mind, actually, its looks and tastes better without the icing on top.

I made some mini cinnamon rolls today.
There is 14 all together, had to stack 2 layers to store them.

Oh. I'm just being harsh on myself then. But yes, it was the right consistency to drizzle and lick.

So today I baked an Apple Strudel ( with no sultanas because ewww) I didn’t get the pastry thin enough but for a first attempt it wasn’t bad. Especially covered in warm Vanilla custard.
Had some Apples left over so made a few turnovers to freeze for another time.
