I HAVE AN ISSUE

Please, help (maybe admins) every time I try to get in any chat it says "not autheticated" but i do have an account and i did confirm my email for FCN....so, what is going on?????

Make sure to log into the forum first

Log into forum, then access chat.
Clear browser history. Clear cache. Try a different browser.

I took a screenshot using another browser, and there is the same problem...

I read a girl asking the same thing in the forum and I did everything people and moderators advised her and nothing worked

Not being authenticated maybe means you are tryin to log on as a guest. Something is going wrong with you filling out the CAPTCHA, to prove you're not a robot. Hence not authenticated


While you are logged onto forum, in your account, and reading this. Try these steps:







Pick a room to chat in:







Verify you have read the rules, and click LOGIN

Maybe it's all the junk you did with your profile's options. Take out location info, log out of here, clear cookies/cache, log back in here and log in using the route in the above post. Don't use any privacy/incognito modes.

I did all you just mentioned and it didn't work... I don't know what else to do...I'm sad!!!
