I have had a few health problems over the last couple of years and was recently told I may need a hysterectomy as a cancer prevention. Though I dont think Im having children any time soon it feels strange and scary to think about how it's going to change you physically and emotionally.

I agree with you for the most part. It is a lot less common these days for people to hold the door for others, hold the elevator up, think of others before themselves, and act with integrity. However, there are still a few people who are chivalrous and respectful of others.
And
It counts greatly because I hold the door open for anyone
