Anyone know how to solve the account not authenticated issue? I’ve tried different devices, browsers, and emails. No luck.

Creation of multiple accounts tends to be the leading cause of this issue. Using non-residential (used/classified as for business) internet access could also be an issue.

It’s residential. It’s my only account. I had one over a year ago but deleted it long ago. I have chatted a lot as guest.

So basically there is nothing FCN can do to help.

I have the same problem after deleting one account and creating a new account, now 'account not authenticated'.
Potential solution is to clear cookies, cache and temp files.
Also note, I have edited your "About" section. Ensure all content you post on this website abides by the websites rules and Terms Of Use.
