I think you’re asking if we prefer them? For me, it’s an important quality that a man takes care of himself both mentally and physically. But it’s equally important that he can let loose and eat pizza and drink beer and indulge in things that bring balance into our lifestyle. So, muscles aren’t what’s important if there’s balance. Often times a ripped guy is more worried about how pretty he is than how pretty he thinks his girl is, so that doesn’t go over well.
Like Lilith said, taking care of your self is important. But I hate when someone gets too hung up on a physical thing. Be it working out constantly, preening their hair too much or constantly applying make up. I guess I like the natural look, with a little bit of effort just to enhance.
