Ask Me Anything Ask Me A Question Intro

Im not a future planner *gasp*
I know it probably sounds lame..but I really don't have one. And I've never been the type to really set goals either. I think Im the type to see life as "nobody is promised tomorrow". So for me, trying to say "I'm going to do this next week". That isn't my approach.
I tackle things more as = an activity or responsiblity will be my intention, if all goes as planned. And of course if opportunities arise, try to cease the moment.

Personality? I really hate arrogance. The pompous attitude of self importance, and 'better than thou' vibe, really annoys me.
Makes me really have a critical eye when people treat others that way.

Physically, different things would turn me off. I guess the most obvious disconnect would be goth? The all dressed in black, dark aurora, heavily tatted and with piercings..that just wouldn't be something Im attracted to at all.
Traveling by car, yes. Im too sober to get on a plane :D
I've been lame last 2 Summers and havnt done a vaycay. But I dont do city life at all. Excluding vanilla trips to the ocean and such..but generally I like traveling home to the Appalachian mountains, renting a chalet in the Smokies, staying a few days at a lake house, camping/RV, riding quads, fishing, boat rides etc
That's my thing
That is my kind of trips

I really enjoy reading this Venus, because I recognise myself in you a lot. And with a lot I mean, a lot.
Were we separated at birth? Like Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia?

Have you ever logged in here, saw something that changed completely your mood and wondered "why am I still bothered and why do I still come here"?

Oh 100%
Irl we get to choose alot of our surrounding company. An occasional crappy co-worker, neighbor, distant relative etc is our biggest problems.

Online is like being thrown into an arena. With all forms of personalities. Ones you are destined to clash with

So theres times when I think. Nope too lame, I've no patience today, depressing, this is horse shit (lolz)

And I log out :p

And how do you deal with that chaotic arena? Have you find any ways of doing it?

And what happens if you log in, let's say back to back days, and see, read, something that is annoying you? Do you ever feel like "okay I'm done, not gonna come back here".

Well Im not sure I have the best method and appoach. I admire people who easily block things out. But I think there are times when things need to be said to people. Especially when situation is so absurd. Like the random guy who recently made the fuss that all the members here were unfriendly, everyone got perma bans for mild reasons, etc
You know the guy is lying, so why should everyone be forced to sit under false allegations. Just air the truth and move on.

Oh yea. There's been many times I've taken breaks. I've taken couple for around 2 weeks or so, one for 6 weeks, last year I pulled away all together, and from end of Dec-March was afk on all social media apps. Etc
But I usually only do that when things become far too personal and a grievance.
If the bad begins outweighing the good. It's just mentally unhealthy. Life is presenting enough challenges already, without being burdened down with issues online.

But I think there are times when things need to be said to people.

First thing first yeah I agree with people that block a person who is annoying or treat them with no respect and bad. On the other hand I completely understand with you and what you said (the part that I've quoted). At the same time tho, since I got here I prefer to stay away from drama... So yeah I don't know which approach of all is the greatest lol.

Exactly that. That's 100% my thoughts and I finally have started finding people that believe the same thing.

You said earlier that the last two vehicles you had were silver and blue... My question is, do you prefer manual or automatic transmission cars (assuming that you were talking about cars and not bikes).

Some regs fail to realize they have to power to self govern.
Some rely too much on staff to deal with nasty people.
Sometimes staff has to step in.

But in many ways, the members set standards for whats acceptable and the social norms.

For example, members have set the tone for how they expect the women here to be treated on sexy threads.
And when newbies cross over the line too much with aggressive advances. Someone usually says something

That is how society works. You can have a bad apple.
But if they realize they stir a whole tribe, when they attack one. Lots aren't so eager to get out of line.
They know they just become socially blacklisted
;)

I can drive a manual. First car I ever bought with my own money, was manual.
I still find them fun, but automatic is just sooo easy. Overall I would go with automatic

I can completely understand what you're saying, cause there were times that I saw something posted (basically asking a woman for something or announcing what they would do to a member) and few male members including me told them (newbie) to show respect and calm the fuck down. On the other hand one specific time someone new created a thread asking to see vajayjay and I replied with a silly pic, basically sarcastic, few other members replied jokingly and funny and a mod said something that made me think... What if he still hadn't figured out his way around the forums? What if our behavior had made that new member to not feel comfortable around here and that way made him/her to avoid this place? We all were newbies at the beginning, trying to find out how to act in threads etc etc.
(that being said, of course if I see again someone to not respect a lady I'll step in... Maybe it won't be my "job", maybe it'll be the wrong thing to do yet it's how I'll react).

Edit... (excuse any grammatical mistakes, English isn't my native language)

@lucky_luke yea I totally get what you're saying.
For me I usually view it differently when it's some random on hookup section, making a post wanting an irl hookup
Versus a newbie who tries to make a nude thread, to get nudes from well known members.

Both sides can be argued. From a stance of not kink shaming, judging why people are here and the business side. It's better to leave people alone.
From the other side, you want to show them there are some social norms, even among adult content like this.

But they have the wrong assumption is sometimes the issue. Some come here and they see sex ads, nude pics, people flirting. They immediately think this is a porno meet and greet. Everyone is here to hook up. I would guess most are flirting and hooking up. But it doesn't mean they don't form some connections and friendships too. A little depth to their interactions.

-In this environment perception is everything. Someone once wrote an article claiming there was no "real" version of these online people in the way we think. It's all a matter of how we see them.

Like how you see me for example. You watch my behavior, you read my thoughts and texts. But the rest is all how your mind is processing me. And the whole time, your mind is developing me as a character based on how you're absorbing me.

The real tricky part is, how much is true?
versus, just a version you have created based on how you comprehend me to be?

It's really deep when you think about it. Really deep
