Ask Me Anything Ask Me A Question Intro

LOLOL
Everyone usually calls me Venus or V
On apps I just use Venus. But Im flexible with whichever someone uses. :D

On here I've been referred to as PaN, Polite, Naughty, PNN, and P & N. I generally don't care what people use to shorten my name on here. Most seem to go with PaN or Polite which works for me.

Thank you for answering. I'll use Venus or V and try not to use 'WomenR' or 'WRFV', ha. : )

We are waiting on you to start a blog :D

Lol me with a blog, that would be dangerous! Talk about rambling oh goodness. I would go on and on and wrote so much, well time permitting I would. With some of the opinions I have I can only imagine how many people I would run the wrong way with a blog lol.

LOL glad yall find it a little amusing. Has definitely been something outside of the box for me. After 3 yrs, that says alot

The responses back and forth do have some funny stuff, no doubt. However, I find a lot of your responses very detailed and quite informative. It's one thing to do a question & answer thread and provide basic responses every time. Sure short and sweet responses are fine in some cases, but the reasoning you give when answering a lot of the questions is what I really enjoy here.

Okay well that and knowing LillyK made you blush ha!

Ooo gotta love putting ourself out there, for judgement and scrutiny :D
Some writings are very raw, it can be a little intimidating putting thoughts and facts down.

I try to be colorful with description and examples. I feel like people can relate easier to what you're saying with details.
Trouble is, trying to keep it compact enough so its not overwhelming lol

Aha! I don't choke easily, but Lily is one of those who makes me twist in my seat. I think she knows it too. Which is why it amuses her all the more :p
I think she tries to top herself. Her last adventure was landing on my page with a vagina repair kit. (After hearing teasing stories that I had sprained my vag) LOL

Face looked like this ->

How do you deal with big changes in your life? I mean finding another job, a new place to move etc etc. Are you a person that find it easy and you're able to adjust easily and quickly or nah?

Definitely can be intimidating when we write about ourselves, life experiences, and even more so our opinions. I know opinions are like assholes and everyone has one. I respect most people's opinions as long as they have a good position for the opinion. Now what I have no respect for is when a person has a position on an issue and just belittles or demeans the other person. That type of shit just doesn't get far with me.

I do keep an open mind on a lot of subjects, but there are a few issues I'm just not bendable on. Those issues tend to be rather divisive and generally only cause disagreement and argument regardless if which side one is on. So, unless I have gotten to know someone fairly well over time, I usually keep those opinions to myself. It's not that I can't defend my position, it's just generally people take one side or the other and there is no middle ground.

You do a great job keeping it colorful! Very well thought out responses which provide reasoning to what you are answering/explaining. I sometimes have the same problem of trying to keep things short without writing several paragraphs. My mom always told me I was a damn wordy kid... Looks like she was right about that along with most other things about me!

Hahahaha too funny!! I got a nice little laugh imagining what your face looked like!

Totally a side note... Amongst all the terrible stuff here there are some great people here which make this place worth coming to.

1. Do you play video games? If so, do you have a favorite system and an all time favorite game?

2. What personality/characteristic trait, if any, are you trying to improve on or be better about?

Depends. Im not a huge risk taker because I tend to over analyze. Im not the type that could be in New York, decide im taking a huge leap of faith and move to Los Angeles. Sometimes the unknown scares me.

If I have reached the end of my rope with a situation. Where being dissatisfied has built up for quite some time..eventually I will make a quick decision by saying "fook it" and follow wherever that change leads.

I adjust to minor changes fairly well. Just might not stay content very long is the issue.
Im not the type that can conceal being miserable. It shows in everything I do. Lackluster behavior. So anyone around me irl can see I am advancing half heartedly.
And that requires transitioning for me to get my mojo back

1. Do you play video games? If so, do you have a favorite system and an all time favorite game?
Oddly I do! LOL
I don't consider myself a gamer. But throughout life I've always enjoyed systems. I play xbox atm. Someone got me into mic chatting and playing BO Zombies about mm 5 yrs ago? So thats where I got a lil love back for video games as a pass time on occasions. Then back in the Winter I started playing Fortnite on the weekends with some friends from Florida. We'll text each other on fb then hop on the xbox and play squads while we mic chat. We just converse, laugh, and have a good time. It's not just gaming but we enjoy it socially. They're funny af.
So Fortnite is all I really play atm.

Ooo all time favorite game would be hard to decide. I love all the old classic Mario games..BO zombies I love and Fortnite.

But I guess I might have to say the 2 Viva Piñata games. It had so many hidden secrets it took me months figuring it out. And that was with some cheat codes.

2. What personality/characteristic trait, if any, are you trying to improve on or be better about?
Ohh geez. I could use some tweaking in a few areas LOL
Losing my filter is always a working progress :/
I tend to swallow things till it reaches my neck, then I vomit it.
Crude way to describe it but hey lol

Trying to be humble is always a daily working progress. I see a humble heart as one of the greatest traits to ever exist. It's not the easiest thing to maintain.

Having a forgiving heart and not holding grudges. Always need more of that

Not over thinking

Being stern and knowing when to burn bridges. Not letting tugs on my heart keep me in situations that make me unhappy.

I like playing video games, but like you I've never considered myself a gamer. The main system I have played over the last several years is the PlayStation (original, 2, 3 and now 4). I might play an hour a day at tops... Sometimes not even at all. Just depends on the day and if I'm in the mood to play video games ha.

Sounds like you have a blast with your friends while playing! I remember years ago I played a college football game online and would mic chat with people. It was fun trash talking and exchanging barbs lol.

Oh and I've tried to figure out Fortnite and just can't do it lol. Maybe I just haven't spent enough time on it.

But I guess I might have to say the 2 Viva Piñata games.

I've never heard of that one! One of these days I'll ask you to explain what it is about. My favorite game of all times was Final Fantasy VII. Damn what a story... The graphics, at the time, were mind blowing. I spent countless hours playing that game and unlocking everything possible. I've heard there is a remake of FF VII on PS4 and I keep meaning to check it out.

Thank you, as always, for answering.

Yea Im the same. I might play for 3-4 hrs then not play again for a week, weeks or even months. It hits me in phases. I don't do much tv either besides during the cold seasons. Most wasted time is online

Oh and I've tried to figure out Fortnite and just can't do it lol. Maybe I just haven't spent enough time on it
Eh its a little challenging. I still can't build :D
Maybe squads with expierenced friends would help?

Oh geez, essentially Viva Pinata is a kiddie game..tho I've no fricken clue how they are suppose to figure it all out. It's hard af lol
You basically create a garden. Through each level up you unlock new seeds, decorations, new terrain etc. And the chance to attract new animals to your garden. From different eco systems.

Each species has hidden little secrets like secret variant changes of colors. But only through eating specific items will do it. Or some species can evolve into other animals. Different things like that which is hidden.
It's one of those time consuming games where you can be working on 1 achievement and get lost for 2 hrs doing it.
Plus the animals have specific requirements to become residents. And the game has its own versions of bad guys

It isn't for everyone. But something I have enjoyed.

Ohh geez. I could use some tweaking in a few areas LOL

We all could certainly work to improve in certain areas. I know I certainly could. Just remember you are a pretty damn cool person with a lot going for yourself.

Trying to be humble is always a daily working progress. I see a humble heart as one of the greatest traits to ever exist. It's not the easiest thing to maintain.

Absolutely you are right. Staying humble is tough, but worth it. I struggle with this at my job. It's not that I think I'm better, I just have different ways to do it. I have to tell myself often hey, not everyone does it the same way as you do and they don't need to.

Having a forgiving heart and not holding grudges. Always need more of that

Not over thinking

Both of these hit close to me. I've really tried to work on being more forgiving the last few years with a family situation. It's been going on for years and the healing process has been very slow for me. I have forgiven what happened and am no longer holding a grudge, but I can't ever forget what happened. So it still creeps up on me at times.

Oh fucks I tend to overthink everything from what I'm going to eat, how I respond to people at work, what I write on here, what I buy, pretty much damn everything lol. I'm not quite as bad as I used to be, but definitely a work in progress.

Back with more questions! If at anytime you would like me to stop asking questions, just tell me!

1. Do you consider yourself to be a competitive person?

2. Do you find any particular accent sexy/enjoyable to listen to?

Yea it's for sure challenge. I know for myself it's harder in my inner circle. Someone does something, I try to forgive and move on. But it's like the next time they hurt. Then all the past comes flooding back in. And as the mind recollects, you have to battle all those old feelings too.
I've tried to approach things different ways. Someone in my life tried to teach me that forgiveness was for me. To bring healing to myself. Because a heart with grudges was heavy and could become bitter. She combated grudges by speaking positive things into existence for that offender's life. Wishing good for them, and change. Seeing the importance of every living soul. And she said that became her way to overcome all the negative feelings. So she could be released of them.

I also try to remind myself sometimes that offences is like owing debts.
And we all have been indebted to people. And had to say "sorry". Sometimes needing them to accept the apology makes the difference of whether we keep or lose them in life. Which teaches us the value of it.

I think of a parable sometimes about how we can function with unforgiveness/forgiveness. The story goes something like this:

There was a man indebted to a king for $10,000. When he couldn't pay his debts the king ordered for everything he had to be taken away and his debts paid. The man fell down and begged for patience and mercy. That he would repay. The King took pity on the man, canceled all of his debts and released him.
The same man went out and found someone who owed him $1,000. When the guy couldn't repay him, the man became angry. Took him to court to regain the money owed to him.
When the King learned of this, he was angry. Called him a wicked man and said "I canceled all of your debt and showed pity because you asked me to. Shouldnt you also have showed mercy to your fellow man?"

But honestly tho. Having to say we are sorry, is one of the most humbling expierences. It clothes us with humility.
But it's definitely a struggle to let go and keep it gone.

1. Do you consider yourself to be a competitive person?
For sure! I can also be a little bit of a sore loser too LOL
Anything I've ever participated in from sports, academic/debate teams, job training, promotions, board games, video games, fishing, spades, etc ...I like to win
I don't think Im a competitive person by nature, with people tho. Im not going to compete with someone to get another person's attention. Or try to possess fancier things than those around me, or be more popular etc. I like doing my own thing, whatever it may be.

2. Do you find any particular accent sexy/enjoyable to listen to
Oh I loveeee accents. I love getting to voice chat or hear others. And I've heard quite a few sexy voices from fcners

I suppose Aussie is my overall fav. Lots of aussies just have a charming or sexy sound, and I could listen to that all day
