Can someone please provide some clarity on this situation for me? I used to chat under a guest username G|Lex I had used this guest name several times within a short period of time, however one time I attempted to join with this guest name and got a disconnect pop up saying “your illegal uploads have been reported to the authorities” this was incredibly alarming, as to my knowledge and after reviewing the terms of use I haven’t uploaded anything illegal. It seems to have resolved as I could again join under that guest username, but it is still very unsettling to get such a message. What would constitute such a disconnect notice? And what is meant by “the authorities”? I reached out to a really nice mod about it yesterday who said someone else could have used that nickname, but the whole ordeal was quite frightening, as I never would’ve uploaded something illegal.
