If I previously applied for FA19 but am now trying to go in SP19 instead is it possible to re-apply? Will the government shutdown affect my filing? Or re-filing?

The government shutdown will probably make the application take longer to go through and be applied. You should still be able to apply with no issue, but it will just take longer for it to go into affect. I filed my last fasfa when the last one happened. and thats what happened for me. hope it helps
