No dear you're not missing anything. Everyone else is missing something and its called common sense. Either the don't read the date or they're the are missing part of there brain that lets them comprehend anything. Either way you'll never understand. Because sure as hell understand it.
 
[I'm in college as well and I found it really hard to have a full time/part job even while attending my classes and keeping up my grades. Most guys you meet especially on here just want in your pants and that's all. As far as culture goes, remember that the American culture is above any culture here. Any other way is closer to cultural/white genocide. History proves that once that happens things do not end up all that good.
