progress feels slow right now, it doesn’t mean nothing is happening. Some days progress is just getting through the day without falling apart. Some days it’s resting instead of pushing. Some days it’s breathing through the anxiety and choosing to stay. It might not look impressive, but it still counts. Take the pressure off for a moment. Breathe. Let yourself pause. You’re doing more than you realise even on the days it doesn’t feel like it.
