Complaint Page won't fully load

When I log in, the number of people in the chat room keeps resetting from 0 and going back up, when I scroll up it brings me back to the bottom. And the ages and different colors of usernames for gender are all Grey, no matter what I do it won't seem to fix itself, any ideas?

That's a network reliability issue on your end. You don't have a steady connection to the chat.

I faced the same issue. I have been using FCN since 2 years now. This issue started around 1 month ago. I have no other issue on other applications.
I don't think it is related to network.
I am using a smartphone.

If the chat keeps getting reset and user list keeps loading/reloading, it's a 100% connectivity issue, which is a network issue. Phones are notorious for spotty connections. Chat is a live stream with no buffer. If the connection is unreliable anywhere on the line—WiFi, ISP, route to FCN server, etc, there will be connection resets. That's just how internet works.
