Request Reporting on Chat

Hello!

I was wondering what is the best way to go about reporting p3dophilic behavior on some of the chat rooms.
In the past I've tried to report users for looking for underage users/other terrible messages, or people claiming to be minors but I'm usually met with some kind of error or that the system didn't catch anything wrong with it.
Admittedly, it's been awhile since then so I don't remember the popup but I was curious if there's a "best way" to go about reporting people like that.

You may have received a message on screen advising your report lacks evidence.

When reporting text, please send a screenshot to a moderator (those in the user list with stars), or include a full copy and paste of the offending text in your report.
If the offending content is an image, each image has a “REPORT ILLEGAL PHOTO” button.
