Also with imgbb.com you could sign up and once you have an account there is a drop-down box I circled in red after your picture uploads and gives you the option to use the direct link and it will give you the link you need so just copy it. a screenshot below.

It gives me the same error message or like refuse to send it, saying it's a spam lol

Again just depends on how well you are active in the threads etc you have the new member under your screen name so you're still new even if you've been here awhile just depends on how active you are and how you engage on this site. You have 3 points so far you need to get more "trophies" If you look at your about me section it will show you what you've achieved so far.
Again that’s not the greatest idea. Surely the idea is to get folk to actually post. That may well only be a pic dependent on the thread.
I know they do this because of spam and they don't want the site to become so overwhelmed possibly so they put that hold on new accounts. Been here since 2017 so just going off what I know so don't shoot the messenger hahaa

Very new profiles are deliberately limited in order to fight spam and scams. Just get in some activity and time.
